How we cook
A small kitchen by the beach, a short menu, and no shortcuts.
Everything is made when you order: donuts go into the oil after your order lands, gyoza are pan-fried to order, and every sauce is mixed in our own kitchen. Nothing is kept overnight to sell tomorrow.
